Order Cancellation Request

  • Order cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Handbags and clutches cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Conditions for Return

  • To initiate a return, customers must provide an opening video proof of the package being opened upon receipt.
  • For damaged products, providing video proof is mandatory.
  • Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
  • Any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

  • Reason for Return/Exchange
  • Opening video proof of the parcel upon receipt

Important Information

  • Customers are required to courier the product back to our warehouse at their own expense in case of a return or exchange.
  • We are not liable to arrange or pick up return shipments from your address.
  • Refunds will only be processed once we receive the returned parcel and complete the quality check.

Exchange Process

  • The replacement product will be dispatched once the returned product is received and approved after inspection.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned parcel.
  • Please allow 10–15 working days for the refund process.
  • Customers will automatically receive the refund via the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
